The 2006 Northwest Wine Co. pinot gris shows great crispness and viscosity. There are aromas of banana, white peach and pear along with hints of nutmeg and vanilla. Flavors of fresh citrus and grapefruit acidty balance with vanilla and quince for its long finish.
