I'd like a champagne made with a blend of Pinot Meunier for freshness and fruitiness, Pinot Noir for boldness and power, Chardonnay for elegance. Id like to Champagne to be aged in Oak for at least nine month with a very unique Dosage to create a very special and high quality champagne.
