Convivium Brands CEO Steve Seltzer visited 16 New Jersey retail stores in a little less than a day and a half on February 16th and 17th. The visits were commissioned by a private label wine supplier that was interested in seeing how the wines were being embraced by sales staff in the stores, as well as how effective the merchandising and point of sale were.
"We received lots of good feedback from sales staff, managers and owners as to how the wines were working, and they had some very creative ideas as to how we could improve the wines' impact," said Steve. "We will share some of the store's merchandising ideas with the wine producers, in order to impact all of the stores. Point of sale materials will be upgraded to reflect the high quality of the wines."
